1) Eligibility
This promotion is available to new management clients only who reference the advertisement on Facebook or Google Ads, and applies exclusively to residential properties located within our service areas.
2) Agreement Term
To qualify, the client must sign a minimum 24-month Management Authority Agreement with Mack Hall Real Estate in Association with Knight Frank (Buonvista Pty Ltd).
3) Fee Structure
The management agreement must be signed at our standard schedule of fees and charges. Discounted or negotiated fee agreements are not eligible for this promotion.
4) Promotion Scope
This promotion applies solely to the Management Fee component and provides no management fees for the first 6 months of the agreement. Thereafter, standard management fees will be charged on gross collections. All other charges (including, but not limited to, leasing fees, advertising, lease renewals, inspections, administration fees, and tribunal representation) remain payable as per the fee schedule. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or incentives unless expressly agreed in writing by Mack Hall Real Estate in Association with Knight Frank (Buonvista Pty Ltd).
5) Promotion Period
This offer is valid for agreements signed between 10 November 2025 and 28 February 2026, unless extended or withdrawn at the discretion of Mack Hall Real Estate in Association with Knight Frank (Buonvista Pty Ltd).
6) Cancellations or Early Termination
If the Management Authority Agreement is terminated by the owner within the initial 24-month period, Mack Hall Real Estate in Association with Knight Frank (Buonvista Pty Ltd) reserves the right to recover the value of the management fees waived under this promotion (i.e., the promotional benefit received during the first 6 months).
7) Non-Transferable
This offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not applicable to existing managements. 😎 Changes to Promotion Mack Hall Real Estate in Association with Knight Frank (Buonvista Pty Ltd) reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. By signing the Management Authority Agreement, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
