Management Authority

The Management Agreement is a formal document signed by both the property owner and the managing agency. It authorises the agent to act on the owner’s behalf, including collecting rent, arranging maintenance, securing tenants, and managing tenancy agreements. 

The agreement clearly outlines the management fee, letting fee, advertising costs, and any other expenses, as well as the agent’s responsibilities, such as maintaining records and conducting inspections and the owner’s obligations, including providing funds for repairs and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage.
